Why VedaVidesh
VedaVidesh is for every Indian family that wants to keep traditional knowledge alive, whether home is Chennai, Pune, Vienna or New Jersey. Children growing up far from their grandparents miss the stories, festivals and small daily rituals that once came naturally. Parents want to pass them on but often don't know where to start.
Today VedaVidesh brings together festival guides, life ceremonies, children's stories, recipes, events, classes and crafts from every region of India, made by families abroad for families abroad, and shaped by parents, grandparents and teachers who share what they know.
